BRO. DUANE PERKINSON
Pastor

Bro. Duane came to our church in May, 2018. He has served churches in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas for over 54 years. He previously served as the Pastor of the Central Baptist Church in Burkburnett, Texas for 20 years and retired from the full-time pastorate in 2017.

He grew up in Ardmore, Oklahoma and came to trust Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 10, the most important decision of his life.

Bro. Duane received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Master of Arts Degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth,
Texas.

He served as an Adjunct Instructor in Religion at Wayland Baptist University (SAFB & Call Field road locations in Wichita Falls, Texas) for 10 years teaching Old Testament and New Testament History.

Bro. Duane and Becky have been married over 46 years and are parents of 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys reading, studying, gardening, working in the yard, and numerous sports.

LOUIE CAPORALE
Minister of Music

Louie was born and raised in Frederick, Oklahoma. He graduated from Frederick High School in 1963. He made his public profession of faith at Trinity Baptist Church in Frederick in 1952. He served as Music Director for 2 years and was ordained as a Deacon in 1979 at Trinity Baptist Church.

He moved to Burkburnett, Texas in 1983 where he and his wife Judy joined the Central Baptist Church in Burkburnett. He served as the Interim Music Director at Central for 2 years. Louie has served as a Deacon at Central for many years.

He and his wife Judy raised 4 sons, and has 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was called to be the Interim Music Director at the First Baptist Church in Electra, Texas where he served for 5 years. He returned to his home church at Central Baptist Church in Burkburnett and in November, 2013 was called to be the Ministero f Music at the First Baptist Church in Byers,
Texas where he currently serves.
